After trying so many diets unsuccessfully, I decided to create my own diet and exercise plan. I have tried weight watchers, Dukan diet, and other diets you usually see on the net but was never successful. And after seeing my Heart Attack risk being raised to Extremely High, I had to take things seriously. The main thing about weight loss is Motivation. Motivation comes from many sources such as Inner Motivation, Family, Friends, Peers, and what you normally read from the net.
